We are so glad you have decided to join us for Yoga with Horses! Neighmaste! Here is some information to help you have the best experience possible: ● What should you wear? We will be outside! So dress accordingly depending on weather. We will be in a field with horses, so it is best to bring some type of slip on boots or shoes for walking to our yoga spots. When the weather gets really ugly, we will do yoga in the barn with heaters. ● What should you bring? Bring your mat (we have some extra but not many!), bring some water, and bring your phone/camera for photos! Everyone will get their chance to get a photo with a horse or the horses at the end of class, if not during. ● How early should you arrive? Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to get set up. ● How are payments accepted? Payments are made online through the website. ● What about safety? There will always be a minimum of 1 or 2 equine professionals assisting with safety and directing you if needed. ● What do you need to do to sign up? Sign waiver and pay class fee, $25 Tag us in your photos on Facebook or Instagram to go into a drawing for prize! @hillviewfarmsouth
